“When The Dust Settles” at Encounters Festival 2011


Good news! Bristol's Encounters International Film Festival will be screening "When The Dust Settles", a short film I made in conjunction with the International Coalition to Ban Uranium Weapons and IKV Pax Christi. The film will be screened as part of the Ani 1: "Animated Worlds" programme, and what's best is you get two chances to go see it! Crikey. It'll be shown on Wednesday 16th November at 10am and again on Friday [.....]

A list of things….


I thought I'd make a list. I've been fortunate enough to have worked at Aardman Animations in Bristol for the past couple of years. Being such a huge and busy place, I got to work on loads of different things I never would have had the chance to work on normally. The commercials department is where I've been spending most of my time, and since I've completely neglected my blog whilst I've been there, I've decided to just post [.....]


  I recently had the pleasure of helping to composite Sumo Science's latest and greatest spot for Nokia's funky new camerafono whatchamathingymabob: the N8. Apparently it's the world's largest ever animation. As in, the area captured in one shot. They used a cherry picker with three Nokia's mounted on it. It looked pretty high up. Couldn't tell you exactly how high...... I reckon... oooh, at least 5ft. At [.....]
